29.55- If she keeps saying that this is not the Govts own responsibility or state Govts are not investing in Institutes or ITIS, then why impose taxes like GST through centre for all states, if you can't lead, syncup and take ownership just by shredding away saying it's the states who are not investing in modern education who are not making business easy.. at the end it's the Public money and India's tax payer money for which no one is accountable. So then centre should not have authority to collect taxes from and on behalf of these states, if there is no accountability. It is the Govts Job to provide cutting edge education to all and form a sync with respective states, that's why they as leaders are elected at central level. It's just arrogance and shamelessness of our polititians who have just been playing around with lives of their own electors.
